So, lets start with where my tag line of "What is the value of you time" can from. I personally have been involved in web development for years, doing everything myself. As 911websiterepair.com.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable services in the form of the right to our time, and as 911websiterepair.com services are delivered on a ‘best efforts’ basis, 911websiterepair.com adheres to a no refund policy. You, the customer, is solely responsible for managing the programmers and projects and are solely responsible for the completion of your projects and the end results. Customers are only purchasing programmer time. Thus, 911websiterepair.com adheres to this no refund policy. At all times our customer is the sole owner of their files, websites, and project contents.
If we gave you a flat rate quote, we will absolutely complete the tasks for that quote, unless you change the scope of the project. If you change the scope of the project after we recieve payment, we will discuss and requote.
We also do not offer refunds due to
1) changing the scope of the project
2) either you or your client cancelling the project
3) the customers server will not permit the work to be done
4) missing or corrupted files for which we are to use for the work prevent the work from being completed
5) you want work done that is impossible to perform, either before or after payment is made for said work
6) you have a headache
7) project takes longer than originally expected, be it your fault or ours.
8) it does not work the way you want, but it does work.
Again, you are paying for time worked, successful or not. The remainder of unused time can be used for any website architecture that we handle, domain or feasible task.
